Rules & Booking Policies
Indoor Season
We acknowledge that unanticipated events might require lesson cancellations or event postponements.
For any registered program, cancellation requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the start of the session in order to be eligible for a refund. Only in extreme cases will requests made during the session or within the week’s timeframe be taken into consideration.
If the program has already started and you decide to withdraw from the remaining classes, no refund will be issued except in extenuating circumstances.
Ball Machines will be available for rental
There is a 24 hours cancellation policy. If a court or lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, the lesson/court fee will be charged in full.
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
Members may book up to 7 days in advance.
The maximum duration permitted per booking or playing for doubles (4 people or more) is two hours at any time per day. The maximum duration permitted per booking or playing for singles (2 or 3 people) is one hour at any time per day. Maximum of one booking and court use per day per member.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUE PAYMENTS Only Interac, Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
NOTE: It is acknowledged that breaking any of the above regulations could result in the participant being asked to leave the area and having any programs they may be participating in immediately terminated.
- Tennis Balls: During a match (including warm-up), players are not permitted to strike, kick, or toss a tennis ball in a violent, hazardous, or enraged manner on the court grounds. For the purposes of this rule, “abuse of balls” is purposefully or carelessly hitting a ball outside the court’s enclosure, hitting a ball inside the court in a dangerous way, or hitting a ball without thinking through the repercussions.
- Abuse of Equipment: No one may strike, kick, or toss a racquet or other piece of equipment within court(s) in a violent, dangerous, or enraged manner. The term “abuse of racquets or equipment” refers to the deliberate, risky, and violent destruction or damage of racquets or equipment, as well as the deliberate and violent hitting of the net, court, umpire’s chair, or any other fixture out of rage or frustration.
- Physical Altercation: No official, opponent, spectator, or other individual should ever be subjected to physical abuse while on the tournament site. Physical abuse for the purposes of this regulation is defined as touching someone else without permission.
- Verbal Altercation: Member must not, at any time verbally abuse any coach, opponent, spectator or other person within the precincts of the facility. Verbal abuse is defined as any statement directed at another person that implies dishonesty or is derogatory, insulting or otherwise abusive.
- Audible Altercation: Use of audible profanity is prohibited while on the remises of Champion Sports Academy Inc.. The use of words that are widely recognized as vulgar and loudly enough to be heard is referred to as an audible profanity.
- Visible Obscenity: When on-site, refrain from making lewd gestures. Making a symbol with one’s hands, racquet, or balls that typically has an offensive meaning is considered a visual obscenity.
- Food on Court – No food will be allowed on court. Water bottles are acceptable.
- Footwear – Participants will remove boots and be in proper tennis footwear when coming on court.
Champions Sports Academy is aware of how critical it is to preserve the privacy of your personal data, and this page explains our policies for gathering, using, and disclosing that data when you use our website as well as your options regarding it.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
In enrolling at Champions Sports Academy, I, on behalf of myself and my family members, understand that those using and/or playing at Champions Sports Academy, and the facilities does so at his/her own risk.
I further understand that Champions Sports Academy, and its owners, board members, employees, volunteers, contractors and/or subcontractors or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by the participant in or about any use of the premises. I, on behalf of myself and my family members, assumes full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any use of the premises and I, on behalf of myself and my family members, hereby fully and forever release, discharge and hold harmless Champions Sports Academy, all associated facilities and its owner, board members, employees, volunteers, contractors and/or subcontractors and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of the participation of the above listed people in any activity resulting from any person’s participation in the facilities.
In addition, I, on behalf of myself and my family members, agree to follow the rules of conduct and play set by Champions Sports Academy and failure to do so may result in suspension from participation. I, on behalf of myself and my family members, also grant authority to the staff at Champions Sports Academy to render judgment, for the named participant, concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness.
This Release of Liability Waiver is applicable to all future registrations and renewals.
BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY, INCLUDING YOUR/THEIR RIGHT TO SUE OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
